MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGER

COMPANY PROFILE:
Growing manufacturing company specializing in the filling of liquids, gels, lotions, and
creams for the medical, cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries.
Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production operations, ensuring
adequate staffing and meeting all quality, efficiency, on-time delivery goals, and overall
care for the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages all Production activities, under the direction of the Vice President of Operations,ensuring compliance with established and approved policies and procedures, and FDA, cGMP, and QSR/ISO regulations.
Supervises day-to-day production activities of Production Supervisors and Facilities
Manager.

Provides leadership for employees through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.

Provides technical guidance for production and facilities leadership teams and operators,
including troubleshooting.
?
Provides daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance metric data.
?
Coordinates the successful implementation of lean manufacturing throughout operations.
Responsible for implementing an employee involvement work environment to include team
meetings, decision-making, consensus building, process improvement, achievement of team
goals, collaboration, good communication practices, and conflict resolution techniques.

Leads by example by promoting good manufacturing principles.
Ensures appropriate staffing levels based on production needs.
Creates and maintains weekly production schedule.

Effectively uses labor, materials, and support services to meet quality standards,
production schedules and profit plans.
?
Ensures compliance with company standards for quality, cost control, waste reduction, OSHA,safety, and complete and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost.

Coordinates with other departments to assure schedules are met.
Ensures compliance with cGMP, QSR/ISO, FDA, OSHA, and all other regulatory requirements in accordance with company policy.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Minimum 5 years' manufacturing management experience.
Process manufacturing experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience with lean manufacturing/Six Sigma.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Experience managing supervisors.
Experience with materials and inventory management, production scheduling, and preventive
maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Proficient with computer systems and the ability to use programs including word processing,spreadsheets, databases, modeling, graphics and presentation software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
