At Sandpoint Surgical Associates you will be the first point of contact for our patients and an important role in our practice.
You are here to help the patients by taking care of their administrative needs.
You are a vital role in creating a caring experience for all our patients, from answering the phones to patient check in.
Daily responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Answering phones Patient Check In Appointment confirmation Processing faxes Data Entry We are looking for someone who has impeccable people skills and professionalism.
Someone who can take on multiple tasks and do them with confidence.
Someone who enjoys a fast paced office and the challenges of a medical office.
We are looking for someone who has good computer skills, is astute, and has some medical office background.

The position is Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm.
