Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide coverage of Wellness Center phone.
May be asked to provide backup coverage of Front D Process physician orders and document on appropriate forms per state regulation.
Ensure physician orders are accurately transcribed on the medication record and chart.
Discontinue medications as ordered.
Maintain wellness records for each resident.
Assist with updates of resident service plan.
Maintain the documentation binder and alert charting.
Ensure resident incident reports are completed and doctor, family, and/or state are notified as Maintain healthcare appointments for residents and set up paperwork for appointments.
Order and maintain medication to ensure continuity for Maintain medication refrigerators by checking temperature, maintaining log, and alerting Director of Wellness regarding any concerns.
Count scheduled drugs according to policy, when necessary.
Order and maintain supplies for Wellness Center.
Maintain general cleanliness of Wellness Center.
Assist the team with passing medications and provision of resident care as needed.
Oversee and maintain the Nursing schedule.
Attend mandatory meetings as scheduled by Executive Director.
Maintain confidentiality of resident, community, employee, and company.
Maintain working knowledge of fire and disaster plans and responsibilities under emergency conditions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, but provides leadership and oversight of Wellness team members at the assigned community, as specified by the Director of Wellness and Executive Director.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
