Conduct outbound calls to grocery stores for our clients Have a positive tone of voice Talk to the grocery or other buyer/manager from each store in a chain Let them know our brands product is new to their store Collect their email Send a mass email or custom email to all buyers in the chain after completing the phone calls Thank the buyer profusely for carrying our brand Follow a script
Qualifications:
Comfortable on phone calls Able to follow a script Ability to respond to phone communication off script Organized Familiar with spreadsheets Enthusiastic Join our team as a Phone Representative and play a key role in connecting our clients buyers and building a relationship on behalf of our brands.
As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, providing information about our clients, and collecting buyer information and notes in a spreadsheet.
We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators, have strong interpersonal skills, and can build relationships with the grocery stores buyers on behalf of our brands.
